Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Senior sales Representative / Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor daily market activities and the productivity of the sales team.
  • Ensure proper stock availability and order fulfillment through distributors.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the market
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and trade influencers.
  • Ensure visibility and merchandising standards in retail outlets.
