Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Supervise and lead a team of Senior sales Representative / Sales Representatives.
- Monitor daily market activities and the productivity of the sales team.
- Ensure proper stock availability and order fulfillment through distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the market
- Build strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and trade influencers.
- Ensure visibility and merchandising standards in retail outlets.
