Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy and generate leads through social media and freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr).
  • Engage clients and present tailored software solutions.
  • Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and mentor a sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation.
  • Software sales experience with international clients.
  • Proven lead generation and conversion skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preparing and analyzing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assisting in contract negotiations and pricing approvals.
  • Coordinating with the product development team for customer feedback and product improvements.
  • Working with HR to support hiring, onboarding, and training new sales staff.
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conducting workshops, mentoring junior sales staff, and guiding them in complex sales strategies.
  • Identifying areas for sales process improvement and implementing

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 Morning Shift
