Your expertise in test automation enables you to identify defects early in the development cycle, contributing to smooth and efficient product delivery. In this role, you do not manage a team but act as an individual contributor who takes ownership of quality assurance activities. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with software developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test cases.
Review software requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
Analyze test results, report bugs effectively, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework for scalability and efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of testing best practices.
Perform regression testing to verify software integrity after changes or fixes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Monitor and communicate testing progress, results, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
