Rozee is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in Customer Relationship Management and Lead Generation to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a professional with at least three years of experience in sales, who can effectively manage and coordinate a small team of two members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers. The successful candidate is expected to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing pipelines, and working closely with the team to implement strategies that meet company goals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for reporting sales performance metrics and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster customer loyalty and retention
  • Generate new leads and identify potential clients through research and networking
  • Manage and lead a sales team of two members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective sales strategies
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the companys offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profit margins
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met satisfactorily
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales pipelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to maintain credibility in the market
