Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive door-to-door and field sales activities to generate leads
Manage sales leads and coordinate for successful deal closures
Present and explain automation products, highlighting features and benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams for product understanding and updates
Travel within assigned areas for client meetings and sales campaigns
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)
Strong passion for sales with a growth-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle client negotiations professionally
Willingness to work in the field and meet sales targets
Own conveyance is mandatory (bike preferred)

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product developments, effectively integrating this knowledge into sales presentations.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and ongoing follow-ups to monitor progress and improve strategies.
  • Travel regularly within designated regions to conduct client meetings, participate in sales campaigns, and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate professional negotiation skills to address client needs and secure favorable sales agreements.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and willingness to operate primarily in the field, leveraging personal transportation for effective territory coverage.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed established sales targets to contribute to Rozee’s overall business growth.
