Mobile Application Developer

Rozee seeks an experienced Mobile Application Developer with at least five years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in native Android and iOS SDK development, as well as expertise in React Native bridging and integration to deliver seamless cross-platform mobile solutions. This role involves working closely with a team of two developers, requiring strong leadership skills to mentor and coordinate efforts while ensuring high-quality app performance and user experience. The developer will leverage skills in cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native and Flutter, along with solid knowledge of Dart programming, JavaScript, and associated technologies to build, optimize, and deploy mobile applications. Responsibilities include integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, managing app store deployment processes, and implementing push notifications. This role demands technical excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team to meet project goals and deliver innovative mobile solutions.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using native SDKs and cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.
Lead integration of React Native bridging for smooth interaction between native modules and JavaScript code to ensure optimal app functionality.
Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks affecting speed, responsiveness, and battery consumption.
Collaborate with backend teams to seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs and other third-party services.
Manage the end-to-end app lifecycle including building, testing, deploying, and submitting applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Implement and maintain push notification systems to enhance user engagement and retention.
Use version control systems effectively to manage codebase and coordinate with team members on parallel development efforts.
Mentor and guide a small team of two developers, delegating tasks, reviewing code, and fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to propose and implement best practices in mobile application development.
Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate requirements into functional app features while ensuring high usability and quality standards.
