MHS Dev is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences by applying strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing. This role requires managing a small team of one person, fostering collaboration and driving innovative design solutions that align with business goals and user needs. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive, effective designs. This position involves balancing aesthetics with functionality while constantly iterating based on user feedback and usability testing results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and possess the ability to lead design activities from concept to implementation while managing design team workflows effectively.
Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design to create engaging and effective digital products.
Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate designs to improve user experience continuously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design outcomes with business objectives.
Manage and mentor a small design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team productivity and creativity.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Analyze user behavior data and trends to inform design decisions and suggest innovative solutions.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment.
Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
