MHS Dev is looking for a skilled React Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate is proficient in React Js and JavaScript, and is passionate about building modern, responsive web applications. This role does not involve team management but requires close collaboration with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. The developer will play a key role in designing user interfaces, implementing interactive features, and optimizing application performance. The React Developer will work within agile project teams, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will write clean, efficient code following best practices and actively participate in code reviews. The position demands strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to keeping skills up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Being self-motivated and detail-oriented will help ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities

Develop user interface components and implement them using React Js and JavaScript to build highly interactive web applications.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional user interfaces.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Maintain and improve the codebase through code reviews, refactoring, and debugging.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services smoothly.
Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of agile development teams.
Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices in development.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Follow company coding standards and maintain version control using Git or similar tools.
