MHS Dev is seeking a motivated PHP Developer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and a passion for building efficient and scalable web applications. This role focuses on developing and maintaining backend components, integrating user-facing elements, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. As a PHP Developer at MHS Dev, you will work independently without managing a team while collaborating closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for writing clean, well-documented code, troubleshooting and debugging existing systems, and staying updated on emerging technologies to continually improve the development process and product quality.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain robust PHP-based web applications that meet business requirements.
Implement Object-Oriented Programming principles to design modular and reusable code.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices and database queries.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical input.
Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies related to PHP development.
Document development processes, code changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
