You focus on creating robust RESTful APIs and developing backend services using the Express framework. In this position, you work independently to design, develop, and maintain backend components without managing a team. You collaborate closely with frontend developers and other technical staff to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and support business goals.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Implement asynchronous programming patterns to optimize application efficiency and scalability.
Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Utilize the Express framework to create and manage routing, middleware, and request handling.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with peers.
Stay updated with the latest Node.js trends, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide timely resolutions.
