HR Executive

MHS Dev is seeking a dedicated HR Executive with at least three years of experience to join our human resources team. Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR databases according to regulatory guidelines.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and labor laws.
Participate in organizing employee engagement and development programs to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies to minimize legal risks.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights on recruitment and employee satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
