MHS Dev is seeking a skilled Generative AI specialist with at least four years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Natural Language Processing, Data Preprocessing and Augmentation, Cloud Computing and AI Deployment, and Performance Evaluation and Optimization. This role involves building, testing, and deploying state-of-the-art generative AI models that produce high-quality, creative outputs from large datasets. The candidate will work independently, focusing on designing scalable AI solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experiences. This position requires deep technical knowledge in generative AI frameworks and tools, combined with practical experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models. The role emphasizes continuous performance improvement and integration of AI systems into cloud environments. Collaboration with other technical teams occurs regularly to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of AI models, although this role does not include managing a team. The professional must stay up-to-date on the latest AI research and industry trends to advance the company's generative AI capabilities.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using advanced natural language processing techniques.
Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and cleaning to improve model training and outputs.
Deploy AI models on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and secure access.
Evaluate AI model performance using quantitative metrics and qualitative analysis, optimizing algorithms to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain AI systems post-deployment, troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
Research and apply the latest advancements in generative AI to continuously improve model capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into applications and services.
Create detailed documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and deployment procedures.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during model development and deployment.
