MHS Dev is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in web development and user interface design and demonstrates proficiency across both front-end and back-end technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting business objectives. The candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and other developers to translate requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring code quality and performance. As a Full Stack Developer at MHS Dev, you will actively contribute to the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Since this position does not involve management duties, the focus will be on hands-on development and problem-solving. The developer will work in an agile environment, continuously integrating feedback and innovations to optimize application functionality and user interface. The role demands versatility, creativity, and the ability to balance front-end aesthetics with back-end efficiency.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance the user experience across devices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain and update existing web applications to improve functionality and security.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application capabilities.
Implement database solutions and manage data storage according to best practices.
Stay current with emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best in class solutions.
