MHS Dev is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the growth of our branch. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, managing sales targets, and ensuring efficient branch activities. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in customer relationship management and sales management, with a sharp focus on delivering excellent service and achieving business goals. Although this position does not involve direct team management, the Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating with staff and supporting overall performance. The Branch Manager is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to increase the branch's market presence and profitability. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling operational challenges, and aligning branch activities with the companys objectives. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage sales activities to meet and exceed branch targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with support teams and communicate operational requirements effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards within the branch.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the branchs customer base and market share.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on branch performance and sales forecasts.
  • Promote the companys products and services to maximize business growth.
  • Support staff with guidance and resources to facilitate their roles, despite not formally managing a team.
