Back End Developer

MHS Dev is seeking a skilled Back End Developer with at least four years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This role requires expertise in managing databases, developing APIs, and handling server management tasks to support seamless application functionality. The ideal candidate works independently without supervising a team but collaborates closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable back-end solutions. Responsibilities

Design and implement server-side logic and APIs to support front-end components and user requirements.
Manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity, availability, and security.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability on the server-side.
Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code to enhance existing systems or build new features.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to solve issues related to performance or functionality.
Maintain server environments and handle deployment processes to ensure smooth operation of applications.
Stay up to date with emerging back-end technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Document development phases and monitor system performance to maintain high quality standards.
Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and security of back-end components.
