At MHS Dev, the AI Developer does not manage a team but collaborates extensively with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms tailored to project needs.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform AI system improvements.
Preprocess and clean data to ensure accuracy and relevance for model training.
Implement and optimize data pipelines to efficiently handle diverse data sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and services.
Evaluate model performance and iterate on designs to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and techniques to incorporate best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model deployment and execution.
Document workflows, code, and model development processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and contribute to team knowledge growth.
