The Senior Manager, Security Operations Center (SOC) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the 24/7 Security Operations Command and Control Center.

This role ensures real-time situational awareness, incident detection and response, and cross-functional coordination across the domains of security, safety, and field operations throughout Pakistan.

The incumbent is the principal authority for directing operational decisions during emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety and security SOPs and regulatory protocols, and managing a team of security operations center analysts, SOC manager, responders, and coordinators to ensure national-level coverage and consistency.
