Job Title: Relationship Executive (RE)

Department: Branch Banking Group / Islamic Banking Group

Reports to: Branch Manager (BM) / Area Sales Manager

Location: Various Branches – United Bank Limited (UBL)

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE Responsible for management of existing and NTB relationships of Cash Management, Employee Banking, Cash Collect, Pay Partner, and UBL Business Portal mandates. The Relationship Executive supports account opening at client premises and ensures complete documentation, coordination with EB clients, and smooth service delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

On-boarding ETB/NTB mandates for Employee Banking.
Achieving KPIs including accounts, mandates, deposits, NFI, and throughput.
Identifying business areas and deepening existing relationships.
Liaising with managers, branches, and clients for business growth.
Providing knowledge of Cash Management, EB, ADC, and consumer products.
Monitoring KPIs and maintaining performance trackers.
Executing account opening procedures with full KYC and zero discrepancies.
Obtaining biometrics and coordinating with CAO.
Ensuring debit card and cheque book delivery.
Handling day-to-day corporate client queries.
Maintaining MIS and ensuring agreed TATs.
Following bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Signing legal documents and completing mandates end-to-end.
Providing after-sales service and resolving audit queries.
Ensuring AML and audit compliance.

COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIPS:

Effective communication with corporate clients and presentations.
Quick learning, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Monitoring KPIs and improving TAT.

QUALIFICATIONS: Maximum Qualification: Intermediate

SKILLS:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong marketing and relationship management skills.
Understanding of regulatory procedures and bank policies.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
Customer-centric, honest, team-oriented.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Internal: 20% External: 80%
