**Job Title:** Relationship Executive (RE) **Department:** Branch Banking Group / Islamic Banking Group **Reports to:** Branch Manager (BM) / Area Sales Manager **Location:** Various Branches – United Bank Limited (UBL) **JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE** Responsible of management of existing and NTB assigned relationships of Cash Management, Employee Banking, Cash Collect, Pay Partner, and UBL Business Portal mandates. Relationship Executive is required to support account opening process at client premises thus contributing to the growth of Employee Banking portfolio. The successful candidate will help implement the employee banking strategy, encompassing both physical and electronic means. Coordination with EB clients and gathering the employee’s data and its uploading on CAPS or Digital to further printing of account opening forms and table availability of electronic data for its account opening. Responsible for end to end account opening activity as per SOP of Employee Banking and as per bank policy. Ensure to sell all ADC and consumer product offering and selling to the EB customers. Ensuring complete documentation processing of employee’s data as per the bank policy. Coordination with all relevant departments and stake holders to provide smooth services to the customers. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES / WORK EXAMPLES:** - To ensure on-boarding of ETB / NTB structured mandates for Employee Banking, (with account opening and payroll management) with maintaining of ETB / NTB clients mandates. - To meet assigned EB YTD Key Performance Indicators - KPI / targets of throughput (business volumes), non-funded income - NFI, Employee Banking number of accounts, new mandates EB, Business Portal, deposit, payroll and incremental earnings at customer level through cross sell of all consumer products and other bank’s product lines. - Identification of business area, geography and market for sales of structured mandates as well as deepening with existing mandates to secure maximum yields. Liaison with respective Business Unites / General Manager / Regional Manager / District Manager /Branches and its clients with frequent visits to capture maximum business share and endorsing existence for possible avenue exploration. - Disseminate knowledge of Cash Management, Employee Banking, Business Portal, ADC products, Consumer Products and other bank’s products to relevant field staff and liaising with field staffs for potential growth. - Monitoring / ensuring assigned targets achievements of KPI / PAM – (Performance Evaluation Management) / Daily Tracker of performance. - Account openings at client site with all KYC and audit procedures. - Completions of AOF formalities with zero discrepancy ratio. - Obtaining Biometrics. - Coordination with Centralize Account Opening (CAO) Unit. - Ensure Debit Card, Cheque book Delivery to client as per bank / EB process. - Handling day-to-day queries of corporate clients getting them resolved from different internal departments. - Maintenance of MIS. - Manage the schedule for implementation in order to remain within agreed TAT while providing seamless service to the customer. - Comply with policies, processes, systems and procedures laid down by the bank. - Concern for quality & standards – to ensure all SOP, SLA, procedures, service standards & regulatory requirements should be followed accurately in order to provide effective and prompt sales & service. - Responsible for signing of legal document with the customers as per the bank policy. - Ensure quality and end to end implement of mandates with timely query resolution. - After sales quality service and maintaining assigned relationships of the bank. - Guide and resolve audit queries pertaining to the cluster / region mandates / accounts. - Complete knowledge of AML & Audit compliance. - Ensuring and maintaining defined TAT for account openings. Monitoring Operation, Support - Officers to maintain standard TAT and keeping discrepancies to set threshold level resolution. - Comply with the bank policy, bank standards and local laws and regulations. Accountable for adherence to policy framework relating to executives laid down at regional level. **COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:** - Ability to communicate with corporate clients and give presentations. - Aptitude to learn quickly. - Strong interpersonal skills and good team player. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Performance Monitoring: Periodic Reviews, KPI, PAM Results, - Improve Per person productivity and ensure turnaround time - TAT **KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:** Maximum Qualifications: Intermediate. **Job Specific Skills:** - Must have excellent inter personal, communication and leadership skills - Must have strong Marketing / Relationship Management skills - Must have a clear understanding & complete knowledge of regulatory procedures, bank’s rules/ regulations etc. - Must have strong decision making skills - Good communication and analytical skills along with solid inter-personal skills - Customer centric, honesty, teamwork, excellence **WORKING ENVIRONMENT:** - Internal - 20% - External - 80%
