**Job title:** Service Analyst – SR Monitoring **Reports to:** Assistant Manager - SR Monitoring **Group:** Contact Center & Customer Care- Digital Banking Group **JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:** This role is responsible for extracting, processing, monitoring and reviewing service requests on a regular basis, ensuring that each SR adheres to defined standards and procedures. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES / WORK EXAMPLES: ** - Extracting and processing service requests. - Monitoring and reviewing of service request’s / Live calls from the risk management perspective. - Identifying potential issues and providing effective resolution, coordinating with cross functional divisions. - Providing high quality service management to ensure customer satisfaction. - Risk identification and mitigation in customer transactions. **UBL Classification: Internal | External** **Internal:** - Service & Quality - Branch Network - Transformation Group and other Cross Functional units i.e. CPU, AFU, RDA, HR, Audit, Compliance etc. **External:** NIL **KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: ** **Minimum Qualifications: ** ▪ Matriculation / O - level **Maximum Qualifications: ** ▪ Intermediate / A - level **Minimum Experience:** ▪ Fresh or minimum I year experience of customer services **Job Specific Skills: ** • Proficiency in system handling and technical awareness • Adaptability to evolving situations and team orientated mindset with strong collaboration skills. **Behavioral Skills:** • Good Communication Skills in English & Urdu • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. **WORKING ENVIRONMENT: ** ▪ Internal - 100% ▪ External - 0%
