Crescent Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a detailed-oriented and strategic Operations Manager to lead and enhance the efficiency of our operational processes. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the achievement of key operational objectives. This role is vital to optimizing supply chain management and vendor coordination while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and forecasts. The Operations Manager will oversee a team of three and play a central role in the planning, execution, and improvement of day-to-day operations. This person is responsible for establishing standard operating procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering strong relationships with external partners to support the companys growth and operational excellence. Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of three professionals to achieve operational objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures to optimize operational effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate supply chain activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
Drive strategic planning initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels across operations.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to maintain financial health and align operational goals with budget constraints.
Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and develop actionable insights that enhance operational workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable agreements that benefit the company.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations through diligent monitoring and documentation.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Manage projects related to operational enhancements and supply chain optimizations from initiation through successful completion.
Leverage SAP Supply Chain Management tools to monitor inventory levels, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
