We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on developer with 6+ years of real-world experience who takes pride in writing clean, thoughtful code and can operate independently on complex projects.

What You'll Need

Strong, hands-on proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and Python (FastAPI)
Solid command of MySQL, Redis, and OOP principles
Experience working on enterprise-level projects you understand what production-grade code actually means
Comfortable with Bootstrap for frontend integration
Ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound technical decisions without hand-holding
Strong English communication skills written and spoken
Knowledge of MCP server and API development is required

Who We're Looking For

This is not a beginner role. We're not looking for someone who pastes AI output without reading it. You should have a solid foundation built through years of actual development work.

Use of AI tools is perfectly fine but you must understand every line you ship, question what doesnt make sense, and take full ownership of your output.

You should be someone who thinks outside the box, can break down ambiguous requirements, and knows when to push back with a better solution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Laravel (PHP) and FastAPI (Python), ensuring clean architecture and high code quality
Build and optimize database structures and queries in MySQL, while leveraging Redis for caching and performance improvements
Take ownership of features end-to-end from interpreting requirements to deployment and post-release monitoring
Write well-structured, maintainable, and production-grade code following solid OOP principles and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to break down ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions, and proactively suggest better approaches when needed
Integrate frontend components using Bootstrap, ensuring smooth interaction between backend services and UI
Debug complex issues in production environments and implement reliable, long-term fixes rather than quick patches
Review and validate code (including AI-assisted output) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with project standards
Contribute to system design decisions, including performance, scalability, and security considerations
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, providing updates, raising concerns, and documenting technical decisions
