QA Manager

Computer House is seeking a dedicated QA Manager with a solid background in Quality Assurance Management and Test Planning and Execution to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the IT industry and a deep understanding of quality assurance processes. This role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through meticulous planning, rigorous testing, and continuous quality control improvements. This position at Computer House requires a detail-oriented professional capable of designing and implementing efficient test strategies, coordinating testing activities, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with development and product teams to maintain effective quality assurance practices and drive the highest quality standards for our offerings.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality.
Coordinate and execute various testing activities including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics using appropriate tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
Identify risks and issues related to product quality and work towards early resolution.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
Review test cases and testing deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
Stay current with emerging QA technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements.
