PHP Developer

Computer House is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate specializes in Object Oriented Programming and has experience working with MVC frameworks and RESTful API development. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications and backend services using PHP technologies. The PHP Developer works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. This position does not require managing a team but demands strong technical skills and the ability to work independently or under guidance. The PHP Developer contributes to code reviews, debugging, and testing, ensuring application performance and security. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of web application architecture and development best practices.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side web application logic using PHP.
Implement reusable, efficient, and scalable code following Object Oriented Programming principles.
Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end and third-party services.
Work with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter to build modular applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to define and implement new features.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance issues in existing applications.
Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing features.
Stay updated with emerging PHP technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to propose and implement improvements.
Ensure code and application security, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
Assist in performing unit and integration testing to ensure the robustness of the application.
Maintain version control and project management tools to track progress and collaborate efficiently.
