The HR Performance Manager at Rozee.Pk is responsible for enhancing employee performance through effective management strategies and innovative HR practices. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of five professionals, ensuring that performance evaluation systems are effectively implemented and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in employee development, legal compliance, and performance improvement methodologies, and will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture within the banking sector. An MBA or equivalent is highly desirable, coupled with at least five years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of five HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to enhance their development and performance.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems, including 360-degree feedback and performance improvement plans (PIPs), aligning with strategic organizational goals.
  • Utilize tools such as the 9-Box Grid and employee performance dashboards to analyze and report on employee performance data, enhancing visibility of employee outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish clear goals and KPIs, ensuring they are SMART and aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Develop and conduct training programs focused on coaching and mentoring staff to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Oversee the administration and management of performance appraisal processes, ensuring legality and fairness in evaluations.
  • Implement management by objectives (MBO) frameworks to drive performance and promote accountability among team members.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Advise on conflict resolution strategies and foster a work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Engage with employees to collect feedback on performance processes and continuously refine systems and practices to meet organizational needs.
