Rozee is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will also have the responsibility to manage a small team of two persons, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration to meet sales targets consistently. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients using effective Customer Relationship Management techniques.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate products or services.
  • Manage and lead a team of two sales personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and optimize promotional efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients and management.
  • Track sales metrics and analyze market trends to adjust strategies and improve performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rozee's offerings and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to management on sales progress and team performance.
