- Foster a student-centered learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and academic inquiry.
- Contribute to the development and periodic review of English language and literature curricula.
- Participate in departmental research initiatives and academic projects.
- Engage in personal research aligned with areas such as postcolonial studies, applied linguistics, comparative literature, sociolinguistics, or discourse analysis.
- Publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals and contribute to academic conferences.
- Assist in student advising, mentoring, and academic counseling.
