The Head of QC/QA at BOSS Plastic Furniture is responsible for overseeing the entire quality function to ensure that all products meet defined quality standards before reaching customers. This role includes leading and managing both Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams, developing quality strategies, implementing inspection systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, internal specifications, and customer expectations.

The incumbent will be expected to set quality benchmarks, investigate root causes of product defects, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and establish preventive and corrective measures in coordination with production and R&D teams.

The Head of QC/QA will play a key role in vendor quality management, raw material testing, in-process and final product inspections, and customer complaint resolution.

A strong focus on documentation, audits, training, and regulatory compliance is essential.

This position requires a leader with deep technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to build a quality-focused culture across the organization.
