The Front Desk Officer facilitates a positive first impression for Ishaq International, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Candidates must demonstrate telephone etiquette, handle scheduling responsibilities accurately, and utilize front desk management tools to support daily activities. While this role does not involve managing a team, it is crucial for the Officer to work collaboratively within the facility and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors promptly and courteously as they arrive at the facility.
  • Answer and route telephone calls professionally while providing information as required.
  • Manage front desk operations using specialized management software to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area including the handling of mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various departments or personnel within the organization.
  • Enter, update, and manage data accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate guest needs and ensure smooth communication.
  • Follow established security protocols including visitor registration and identification verification.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks, accommodate multiple requests, and maintain service quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally at all times.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to front desk activities and guest interactions as needed.
