HI Tech is seeking an experienced Meta Ad Specialist with 15 years of expertise to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and campaign optimization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional fluent in English with excellent communication skills. The Meta Ad Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to maximize conversion rates and achieve business goals. In addition to technical proficiency, the role involves supervising and mentoring a team of 7 advertising professionals to deliver high-quality, data-driven ad strategies that drive measurable growth. As a leader within HI Techs marketing department, the Meta Ad Specialist manages all facets of ad campaign execution and reporting through Google Analytics and other analytics tools. The specialist maintains close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align advertising objectives with broader business strategies. Key duties include continuous audience segmentation, budget allocation, and interpreting ads reporting to inform campaign adjustments. This position demands a highly analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills to optimize ads performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure cost-efficient use of advertising resources.
Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive Meta advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Implement and monitor the Facebook Pixel for accurate tracking, conversion measurement, and audience data collection.
  • Perform advanced audience targeting and segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach key demographics.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting options to identify the best-performing elements.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating spend across campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize ads, and improve overall campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed ads reporting and analytics presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives through continuous testing and refinement of campaigns.
  • Utilize Google Analytics along with other analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior linked to ad campaigns.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 7 advertising professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Meta advertising strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay current with trends and updates related to Meta advertising platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with Metas advertising policies and guidelines across all campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues quickly to maintain consistent campaign delivery and results.
