British American Tobacco Azerbaijan has an exciting opportunity for a Paid HR Intern in Baku

Level: Internship

Function: HR
Fixed term contract (6 months)

The Paid HR Internship offers the opportunity to support key BAT HR functions alongside HR professionals committed to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Involvement in HR daily activities.
Involvement in EVP online and offline activities.
Organizing events and well-being programs.
Driving employment branding initiatives.
Driving employee engagement activities.
Participating in HR administration processes.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is an advantage.
English intermediate, Russian would be an advantage.
Good communication and organization skills.
Attention to details.
Ability to handle confidential information.
A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
