British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Programme in Operations in our factory in Ploiesti.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• This is an 18-month accelerated development program designed to prepare high-potential recent graduates and young professionals for a management career! This programme aims to raise the future leaders of BAT Operations!
• Through this program, you will gain a deep understanding of the market dynamics in which you operate and learn how key Operations functions - Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality collaborate to drive exceptional business results.

Essential Requirements:

• You are looking for an international career in Operations;
• You have a university degree or equivalent (Economics/Management/Marketing/Supply Chain/Quality/Engineering/Technical background or similar);
• A maximum of 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences;
• You are driven, ambitious and have positive and constructive attitude;
• You have strong analytical skills;
• You speak English fluently and are internationally mobile;
• You have a valid driving license.
