As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional at Rozee, you play a vital role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. With four years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and automated test scripts. Your expertise in test automation enables you to identify defects early in the development cycle, contributing to smooth and efficient product delivery. You work closely with development teams to verify that features function as intended and to maintain high-quality software releases. In this role, you do not manage a team but act as an individual contributor who takes ownership of quality assurance activities. You continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure the software meets customer expectations and industry best practices. Your focused efforts help Rozee provide reliable software solutions that enhance user satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with software developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test cases.
Review software requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
Analyze test results, report bugs effectively, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework for scalability and efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of testing best practices.
Perform regression testing to verify software integrity after changes or fixes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Monitor and communicate testing progress, results, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
