Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to develop relationships and understand their needs.

  • Use Customer Relationship Management software to manage client information, track communications, and record sales activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and company offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor sales approaches and address customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to assist management in strategic planning.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve conflicts to maintain trust and long-term relationships.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
