Rozee seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to join the team and drive revenue growth by promoting products and services to new and existing clients. Emphasis is placed on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality service throughout the sales process. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics and reporting results to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present products and services effectively to potential clients using clear and engaging communication.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and product management to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports detailing performance metrics, client interactions, and outcomes.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, update client information, and streamline sales processes.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and build brand awareness.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques by attending training sessions and staying current on industry trends.
