The ideal candidate possesses at least six years of experience in quality assurance, specializing in implementing and optimizing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest product standards. This role focuses on driving defect management practices and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable and top-quality software products. Although this role does not involve managing a team directly, the QA Manager acts as a key influencer and coordinator within cross-functional project groups to uphold quality goals and continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager oversees the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with overall project objectives and company standards. They work closely with development, product, and operations teams to identify areas of risk, develop mitigation plans, and apply best practices in quality assurance. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem resolution. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure software product quality and reliability.
Lead defect management efforts by tracking, reporting, and coordinating the resolution of defects to minimize impact on project schedules and product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
Design and oversee comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
Monitor the execution of testing activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards and deadlines.
Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations to development teams.
Promote a quality-focused culture and continuous process improvement through training, knowledge sharing, and best practices adoption.
Ensure the proper documentation of quality assurance activities, including test plans, defect logs, and summary reports.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in quality assurance to continually enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive consensus on corrective actions.
