Rozee is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products and services. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in quality assurance, demonstrating strong skills in quality assurance management. Although this role does not require managing a team, it demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure consistent quality delivery. As a Quality Assurance Manager at Rozee, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance processes and standards. You will analyze project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into every stage of the product lifecycle. Your role is pivotal in driving product excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product quality and compliance.
Conduct regular quality audits to monitor conformance with industry standards and company requirements.
Analyze data and quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operational teams to integrate quality standards into all phases of product design and delivery.
Manage testing plans and schedules to ensure thorough evaluation of product functionality and performance.
Identify root causes of quality problems and lead initiatives to resolve defects and prevent recurrence.
Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on quality status, issues, and improvements for management review and decision-making.
Stay current with emerging quality assurance methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Support training programs to educate employees on quality standards and quality assurance techniques.
