Rozee is seeking a dedicated Product Manager with at least four years of experience to lead the development and execution of product strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, creating detailed roadmaps, and driving product initiatives from conception through launch. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to market trends, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure products meet business goals and user needs. Although this position does not involve managing a team, collaboration across cross-functional departments is essential to deliver successful products. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders including engineering, marketing, and sales teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product development with company objectives. The individual should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating agile processes, and communicating progress clearly to all parties involved. Performance measurement through data analysis and customer feedback will also be a critical part of this role to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and market demands.
Gather and analyze customer requirements and feedback to enhance product features.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Prioritize product features and improvements based on business goals and customer value.
Facilitate agile product development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
Monitor key performance indicators and product metrics to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
Coordinate product launches and support marketing initiatives to maximize user adoption.
Prepare product documentation and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations as applicable.
