This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product features, prioritize development efforts, and ensure timely delivery without direct team management responsibilities. The Product Manager will act as a key driver in enhancing product offerings that elevate user experiences and support the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with both customer needs and business priorities.
Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform product decisions and feature prioritization.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and validating deliverables.
Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement data to continuously improve product functionality and user satisfaction.
Communicate product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders and support decision-making processes with data-driven insights.
Coordinate with project managers and development teams to maintain schedules and resolve any blockers impacting product delivery.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within e-commerce and web platforms that enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the product development process.
Facilitate product training and support as needed to internal teams to promote product adoption and understanding.
