Rozee is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in HR and possess strong skills in talent acquisition and leadership development. This role involves managing a team of two persons, ensuring effective recruitment processes, employee engagement, and the implementation of HR policies that align with the company's strategic goals. The HR Manager acts as a critical link between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational growth through human capital management. The HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, as well as designing leadership development programs to nurture current and future leaders within Rozee. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, keen insight into employee performance management, and the ability to manage HR operations efficiently. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining legal compliance, improving employee satisfaction, and supporting the companys mission by building a productive workforce.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage and mentor a team of two HR professionals to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions to integrate new employees smoothly.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a safe and fair workplace.
  • Oversee employee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Handle employee relations issues by providing support and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and recommend HR solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and reports to support decision-making and audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay informed with current HR trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.
