Should be able to inculcate business relationships with all vendors and suppliers
Should be knowledgeable about legacy system and the be able to implement new computerized systems like ERP
Should be knowledgeable about Procurement and Customs Rules & Regulations

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Rozee’s business objectives and market demands.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to support reliable sourcing and delivery.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to adapt supply chain strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with finance teams to manage supply chain budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement sustainable and innovative supply chain practices to enhance corporate social responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all supply chain activities.
- Foster cross-functional communication to align supply chain activities with overall company goals and customer expectations.
