As an AI Engineer at Rozee, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and solve complex challenges that arise during AI model development. This role focuses on hands-on technical work without managing a team but involves a significant amount of independent problem solving and continuous learning to stay current with the latest AI advancements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities

Collect, preprocess, and clean large datasets to ensure data quality and suitability for model training.
Analyze raw data from multiple sources to identify patterns and resolve inconsistencies.
Design, develop, and implement AI models to meet project objectives with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Evaluate and fine-tune AI algorithms to optimize performance based on feedback and testing results.
Maintain detailed documentation related to data preprocessing activities, model development, and testing outcomes.
Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and improve AI model robustness and adaptability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance skills and project outcomes.
Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, model accuracy, and system performance.
Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing accurate AI model outputs and insights.
