Join MHS HxH as a Javascript Developer where you will apply your expertise in asynchronous programming and debugging to build dynamic and efficient web applications. This role involves working with a variety of client-side and server-side technologies to create seamless user experiences and robust functionality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. The position is designed for an individual contributor with at least one year of professional experience, focusing on coding, debugging, and optimizing JavaScript codebases without managing a team. As a Javascript Developer at MHS HxH, you are expected to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You will troubleshoot issues, identify software defects, and implement fixes in a timely manner. Your ability to understand asynchronous programming patterns and effectively debug complex problems will be central to your success. This role requires a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning to keep up with evolving technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality JavaScript code for web applications.
Implement asynchronous programming patterns to improve application performance and responsiveness.
Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and software defects promptly.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create seamless interaction and integrations.
Optimize application load time and overall user experience.
Write clear documentation related to code and system functionality.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new frameworks, libraries, and JavaScript features.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Work independently and effectively manage time to meet project deadlines.
