MHS HxH is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least two years of experience to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of both frontend and backend components of web applications. The ideal candidate combines proficiency in frontend development, backend services, database management, and version control tools to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment without direct team leadership responsibilities. The Full Stack Developer at MHS HxH collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient applications that meet business requirements. The position involves active engagement throughout the software development lifecycle, including writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs are essential.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications by coding both frontend and backend components.
Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.
Build efficient server-side logic and APIs to support frontend functionalities.
Manage and optimize databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Utilize version control systems to track changes and collaborate effectively.
Test and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to meet project goals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices for software development.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline releases.
