MHS Dev is seeking a skilled Web Designer with at least one year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate excels in crafting visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces that effectively communicate brand identity and improve user engagement. This role requires a strong foundation in responsive design, typography, and front-end technologies to create seamless experiences across various devices and platforms. Although this position does not involve team management, collaboration with developers and other stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality digital products. The Web Designer will be responsible for translating the latest design trends and technical requirements into visually compelling web pages. The role demands precision and creativity in applying CSS3 media queries, Bootstrap frameworks, and JavaScript to enhance site interactivity and responsiveness. Adherence to project timelines and ensuring consistency with the companys branding standards are also critical aspects of this position.
Responsibilities

Design and develop web page layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Implement responsive design techniques using CSS3 media queries and Bootstrap to ensure websites function well across various devices and screen sizes.
Create and maintain consistent typography designs to enhance readability and aesthetics.
Collaborate with developers to integrate design elements with front-end code using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ensure all designs align with company branding and project requirements.
Optimize web graphics and layouts for performance and fast load times.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine web designs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web design technologies and best practices.
Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for approval.
Maintain documentation for design assets and styles for future reference.
