MHS Dev is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance professional with at least four years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both manual testing and test automation to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts to identify defects and verify that the software meets defined requirements. The candidate should be detail-oriented, methodical, and passionate about improving software reliability and user experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand technical requirements and provide timely feedback throughout the software development lifecycle. Although this position does not require managing a team, strong communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate testing efforts and report findings effectively. The goal is to help MHS Dev maintain and enhance product quality through rigorous testing across various platforms and environments.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed manual test cases based on software requirements and design documents.
Create, maintain, and improve automated test scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Perform regression, integration, functional, and system testing to ensure software stability.
Analyze test results, generate comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
Ensure test environments are properly set up and maintained for continuous testing activities.
Participate in reviews of test plans, user stories, and technical specifications to verify testability.
Stay current with industry best practices, testing tools, and emerging quality assurance methodologies.
Support continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and contributing to process enhancements.
