Join MHS Dev as a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. With a minimum of four years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans that include both manual and automated testing strategies. Your focus will be to detect defects early, verify performance benchmarks, and assure that all software meets the highest standards before release. This role requires a hands-on approach to test automation and an in-depth understanding of performance testing methodologies, contributing significantly to the companys commitment to delivering robust software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and operations teams to understand requirements and to develop test cases that reflect real-world usage scenarios. While you will not manage a team, your expertise will guide quality assurance processes and foster continuous improvement in testing practices. You will be expected to analyze test results, report defects clearly, and recommend corrective actions. Your efforts will directly influence the overall user experience and reliability of MHS Devs products, supporting the companys mission to achieve excellence through quality.
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing.
Implement and manage test automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
Perform comprehensive performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure software scalability.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create relevant test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking systems.
Analyze test results, report quality metrics, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Stay current with emerging testing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance testing processes.
Participate in regular review meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and solutions.
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure unresolved issues do not recur.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies throughout the testing lifecycle.
