Responsibilities

  • Utilize test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and produce detailed reports.
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues beyond scripted tests and improve product robustness.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers for prompt resolution of defects.
  • Continuously update testing methodologies and tools to align with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills in QA processes and tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of QA activities with other project functions.
  • Manage testing schedules and priorities to meet project milestones and delivery commitments.
