With a required experience of 3 years, you will lead a sizable team of 35 members, managing and coordinating testing efforts across various projects. Your responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive test plans that cover automation, performance, and exploratory testing strategies. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify defects early, improve software quality, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards. In this role, you are expected to effectively utilize test management tools to streamline testing processes and reporting. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team to adopt best practices in test automation and performance assessments. Your leadership in managing a large team will involve mentoring, resource allocation, and fostering an environment that encourages innovation in quality assurance methodologies. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 35 QA professionals, overseeing daily operations and project assignments.
Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Plan and conduct performance testing to evaluate software scalability, responsiveness, and stability.
Utilize test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and produce detailed reports.
Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues beyond scripted tests and improve product robustness.
Collaborate with software development teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the development lifecycle.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers for prompt resolution of defects.
Continuously update testing methodologies and tools to align with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills in QA processes and tools.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of QA activities with other project functions.
Manage testing schedules and priorities to meet project milestones and delivery commitments.
Identify risks related to software quality and recommend mitigation strategies.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team.
