MHS Dev is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a React Developer, you will focus on building user interfaces using React Js, leveraging component-based architecture to create scalable and maintainable front-end solutions. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into efficient, reusable components and working closely with other developers to implement high-quality, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in React development and a strong understanding of JavaScript and front-end technologies. In this role, you will not manage a team but will collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the user experience, optimizing code for maximum performance, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI designs. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of front-end practices at MHS Dev, applying best practices in modern web development frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user-facing features using React Js and component-based architecture.
Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into high-quality, reusable front-end code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
Collaborate with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration and an excellent user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code according to company standards.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and resolving front-end performance bottlenecks.
Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to React and front-end development.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of front-end development guidelines and standards.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
